What Went Down At The Grand Re-Opening Of The Sol Luminaire Showroom

On 3rd November, Guillemard Road was lit up in a festive mood as the Sol Luminaire and the LAB2.1 showrooms reopened to the public after undergoing an extensive redesign to create a better retail experience for all. Industry partners, interior designers, and friends of Sol Luminaire all gathered for a glimpse of this atypical experience, while sipping on free-flow bubbly and canapes across the two venues.

The primary Sol Luminaire showroom at 395 Guillemard Road was transformed into a seamless, open-concept space with design features incorpDesigned with both form and function in mind, Sol Luminaire's multi-layered ceilings help homeowners visualise how luminaires can be incorporated within their own homes.orating both function and form. Niches in the walls were also created to better showcase cornerstone offerings from Sol Luminaire, including the Boba, Voli, Halo, and Gypsum series of lights.

Close by at 399 Guillemard Road, the LAB2.1’s showroom metamorphosed into a brutalistic space infused with opulence and sophistication. It is also here where the new Boba Chain and Boba Pendant make their first appearance in stores.

Exposed steel frames were strategically placed to demarcate individual booths for products whilst letting guests peep through to the other side. Custom black leather couches were also commissioned to balance out the raw, industrial aesthetic of the concrete floors and steel beams.
